In studying biosystems one can observe the case of type 1 uncertainty when statistics cannot show differences between samples. New methods allow differentiating samples and identifying the order parameters. The use of artificial neural networks in two special modes solves the problem of system synthesis. Example of applying the new method in describing changes in states of cardiovascular system in schoolchildren during latitudinal movements (moving from North to South and back) was presented. #CSOC1120.
