Educational technologies, which serve as the foundation for the competency development process of engineering graduates, must possess adaptability to promptly respond to internal and external changes while maintaining the integrity and efficiency of the technology. The authors have developed a concept and model that includes methodological approaches, key provisions, patterns and principles, an algorithm for adaptive design, and evaluation criteria for selecting alternatives in educational technologies for engineering specializations.
