In this paper, we introduce and defend a notion of resource-relativized Legg-Hutter intelligence, in which the improvements an agent gains through the use of resources can be evaluated. We critique an earlier notion of oracle-relativized Legg-Hutter intelligence and consider some matters that are raised by our definitions.
