The research studies the impact of total quality management (TQM) and electronic human resource (e-HR) practices on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and affective organizational commitment within the context of Applied Science Private University. Organizations prefer to adopt TQM and e-HR in order to give support for HR staff in conducting HR tasks and operations. This study shows how it enrich a culture of quality and improvement and shows how e-HR contributes to more accessible and engaged employees which in turn increases organizational loyalty and affective commitment. Research questionnaire has been designed and distributed, and 150 respondents from academies and administrative employees have been collected and analyzed through using PLS-SEM to classify significant connections among TQM, e-HR, OCB, and advancement commitment.
