Balancing the affirmatives of artificial intelligence (AI) with protecting accurate personal data collected about individuals while allowing that data to be used only for the purpose for which it was collected is an urgent goal and a fundamental human right to privacy, through the influence of major technology companies that possess large amounts of data at their disposal. Hence, the warning of the risks to these rights of artificial intelligence (AI) raises, as there must be mechanisms to regulate the use of data and information and criminalize the use of such information outside the purpose for which it was collected.
