This study assesses the improvement of English Language Education in Primary school and English Teachers’ by integrating technology, need and challenges. The objective is to identify the technology integration issues for the elementary educators. 252 primary school teachers in Perak are used as a cluster random sampling for this correlational quantitative study. The outcome shows that inadequate training, limited access digital tools, infrastructural constraints and poor internet connectivity are the major problems. Teachers need compulsory customized professional development. The programs help to improve the language proficiency, practical, hands-on instruction, ongoing support and enhance the confidence and ability in teaching using technology effectively in classroom. This study contributes policymakers and educators the importance of usage technology advancements with pedagogical strategies to a successful integration in teaching by addressing the barriers and supports teachers’ readiness to face the challenges. This study analyzes how primary school English teachers use digital tools and technical resources and the issues they face. The data collected using a systematic questionnaire. Statistical approaches like correlation and regression assessed significant relationships. Targeted training and infrastructural improvements will enable technology integration and improve primary school English language instruction.
