Issues of Distribution Logistics in the Processes of Restoration of Livestock Breeding in the Deoccupied Territories of Ukraine
摘要
The restoration of the agricultural sector, in particular livestock breeding, in the deoccupied territories of Ukraine is an important component of ensuring the food security of the state and the development of rural regions. One of the key problems of this process is the effective organization of distribution logistics, which includes the management of material flows, the supply of feed, equipment, veterinary drugs and other resources necessary for the restoration and support of the industry. The article examines the main challenges and tasks of distribution logistics in the conditions of post-war restoration, and also suggests ways to overcome them. The analysis was carried out taking into account the current conditions in which agricultural enterprises found themselves after deoccupation, including destroyed infrastructure, lack of resources and complex logistics routes. An important aspect is ensuring the continuity of supply, optimizing transport costs and using modern digital technologies to manage logistics processes. The paper emphasizes that effective logistics is not only a condition for rapid restoration, but also an important factor in increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian livestock breeding in the international market. The authors of the article examined in detail the impact of the war on logistics chains in agriculture, in particular in livestock farming, and substantiated the need to develop state programs to support logistics processes. The possibilities of attracting international assistance and investments for the restoration of infrastructure and the creation of logistics hubs that will contribute to the effective distribution of resources were also explored. The article provides an analysis of the best global practices in the field of agricultural logistics and proposes adapted models for use in Ukraine. The main result of the study is the formation of a set of recommendations for state authorities, agricultural enterprises and logistics operators to improve distribution logistics in livestock farming in the deoccupied territories. The proposed measures include the development of transport infrastructure, stimulating investments, introducing digital technologies and strengthening coordination between all participants in the logistics process.
