The essence and structure of health tourism as well as the role of the Internet of the future as applied to health tourism are defined. The essence and structure of innovative health tourism product is disclosed. The role of the Internet of Things (IoT) in health tourism (The use of wearable devices, Smart hospitals, Telemedicine and IoT integration and Robotic surgery systems) is highlighted. The usage of Internet of things for health tourism purposes is substantiated. The development of health tourism in the world is briefly characterized. The health tourism specialization by countries via the example of South Korea, India, Israel, Turkey and Ukraine is explored. The SWOT-analysis of competitive IoT position in health tourism is realized. The connection between health tourism and IoT is realized by accessibility of innovative technologies, protection of patients’ rights, data confidentiality, ethical aspects of organ transplantation, influence of the countries of destination on the healthcare system, responsibility for treatment outcomes, etc. The promotion management of Ukrainian innovative health tourism products to the international market is grounded.
