A 24-year-old male presented with a two-week persistent headache; MRI revealed a solid-cystic cerebellar lesion. Surgical resection achieved near-total removal, and histology confirmed a rosette-forming glioneuronal tumor (RGNT), WHO Grade I. RGNT is a rare, typically slow-growing neuronal-glial tumor with favorable prognosis after complete resection, though recurrence or malignant transformation is possible. Postoperatively, the patient underwent [18F]FET PET/MR which was helpful in evaluating metabolic activity of the residual tumor.
