This is because it is the cornerstone in achieving justice among members of society, which ultimately reflects on their security, safety, stability, and progress. In the field of evidence, it can be generally said that the system of evidence has been affected by this enormous development in science and technology. This impact on the methods of proof is clear from several perspectives. On the one hand, the development of medical and psychological sciences has led to the existence of new evidence, such as blood analysis and genetic fingerprinting. On the other hand, evidence derived from the advancement of computer science and communication technology, such as phones, has been found. Legislators in many countries have responded to the developments in comparative legal systems and worked to develop the system of evidence in civil and commercial matters, introducing electronic evidence methods, which are included in this research.
