This research assesses the inter-relationships between different constructs in the insurance sector to determine critical performance metrics. It is analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). The model is centered on exploring the linkages among Perceived Value (PV), Perceived usefulness (PU), Customer perception of experience (CPE), and Digital Experience with its impact on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty apart from that correlation between PV, PU, CPE, and DE with TIP as a third variable. The model shows that Perceived Value and the Perceived Usefulness PU directly affect TIP, which means that when consumers do perceive services as valuable and helpful, both their general satisfaction and the performance of the company are improved. Based on some hypotheses, in more specifics, Customer Perceptions of Experience and Digital Experience (DE) influence customer satisfaction indirectly via Trust in Provider (TIP), therefore prompting the importance of covering both digital service engagements as well as non-digital ones as part of customer experiences. Customer Satisfaction (CS) has a solid direct positive effect on Customer Loyalty (CL), which means that when CS is improved, it will cause an increase in customer retention and loyalty. PLS-SEM provides an inclusive framework for modeling those interactions, highlighting the direct and mediated paths. By using theories such as Perceived Value and Digital Experience, insurance firms can improve their understanding of client satisfaction and loyalty. This model is essential for crafting improvements and performance measures in the insurance field, particularly when it comes to modern digital terrains.
