摘要

The research aims to employ the theoretical framework with practical application to demonstrate the role of integration between the network analysis method and business process reengineering in reducing the costs of oil companies. The research is based on the hypothesis that (the integration of network analysis and business process reengineering leads to reducing the costs of companies). The research focuses on the descriptive analytical approach based on the financial and cost data of the Oil Projects Company in the practical application aspect. The research reached a set of achievements, the most important of which is that this integration provides a methodology that helps the company’s management to know the times and costs directly. This integration plays a significant role in rationalizing the times and costs of projects, understanding the weaknesses, shortcomings, and extravagance, and addressing them, which makes it a practical and attractive tool for project management.
