This paper studies Ethical Leadership’s Influence on Employee and Organizational Performance & Sustainable Outcomes in Non-Government Organizations in UAE. Built on a research void prevalent in the literature but especially within the non-profit segment, the research assesses the impact of moral leadership on job satisfaction, productivity, and organisational sustainability. The research design adopted was the cross-sectional survey technique, in which questionnaires were administered to 327 respondents drawn from NGO employees. The data received was analysed descriptively analytically through ANOVA and multiple regression. The study’s outcome shows a moderately positive correlation between ethical leadership and performance and sustainability. Pro-social leadership was also found to upturn trust, organisational commitment, and subsequent organisational effectiveness, thus aiding in fostering sentinel environmental responsibility. The research findings of the present study indicate that ethical leadership contributes to climate enhancement, which generates organisational performance and sustenance of NGO organisations. Workable suggestions relate to adding ethical leadership to organisational initiatives to improve existing models and stability.
