An increase in the amount of financial resources that enterprises can attract to ensure their economic development requires, among other things, an increase in the creditworthiness of firms. In turn, the development of measures to manage the creditworthiness of companies should be based on the preliminary identification of those factors that have a significant impact on the ability of firms to receive loans. Many business entities currently face the need for energy-saving technological changes (ETC). Therefore, this research is aimed at developing a toolkit, which could be used to assess the impact of ETC on the creditworthiness of enterprises. A method was created, the application of which makes it possible to establish and evaluate the impact of ETC on the creditworthiness of companies. The effectiveness of the developed method when applied on the example of a number of Ukrainian enterprises is shown. The performed empirical analysis showed that ETC have a rather significant impact on the creditworthiness of a large part of the studied companies. At the same time, it turned out that a certain amount of time passes between the implementation of ETC at enterprises and the resulting increase in the level of creditworthiness of companies.
