Mobile FinTech Adoption for Remittance Among Women Migrants of India: A UTAUT 2 Model Perspective
摘要
This paper utilizes the UTAUT 2 to understand how women migrants from India living in other countries engage with mobile FinTech for remittance. On performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, hedonic motivation, self-efficacy, facilitating conditions, and habit, the study aims to provide a detailed insight into factors that enhance or constrain adoption of mobile FinTech services. The results will contribute to what is already existing knowledge on FinTech adoption and provide meaningful information for developers, legislators, and financial services to enhance the implementation and availability of portable FinTech solutions, particularly for females in developing countries.
