This study presents a structured approach to sustainable management at the Pontifical University Javeriana Cali, emphasizing the implementation, dissemination, and evaluation of sustainability policies. The strategic plan integrates five core programs: water resources, energy, biodiversity, solid waste management, and CO2 emissions reduction. This paper provides a comprehensive framework for how sustainability initiatives can be embedded into university operations and academic curricula. By systematically organizing sustainability projects into sub-programs and linking them to academic research and student engagement, the study showcases a replicable model for institutions aiming to improve their sustainability impact. The findings highlight both achievements and challenges in sustainability governance, offering insights into future improvements and interdisciplinary collaboration.
