摘要

This study examines the critical factors of women’s leadership effectiveness in contemporary organizational contexts, employing partial least squares structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM) to analyse the interplay of key constructs. Drawing on a sample of 507 employees from Saudi Arabia’s corporate sector, selected from a population of 600 individuals across diverse industries, the research achieved a robust response rate that validated the application of PLS-SEM for analysis. The study focuses on five essential and pivotal dimensions of leadership efficacy: emotional intelligence, employee engagement, financial acumen, transformational leadership performance, and decision-making capabilities. Utilizing PLS-SEM, the research develops and validates measurement constructs to assess how these variables collectively influence women leaders’ ability to drive innovative initiatives. This effort advances theoretical dialogue on gender-inclusive leadership frameworks while offering practical implications for enhancing women’s strategic influence in corporate decision-making processes. By focusing on these discourses and these insights within Saudi Arabia’s business landscape and background, this study supports experiential confirmation to the discourse on inclusive leadership, supporting organizational strategies that connect women’s unexploited potential to redefine business success in the twenty-first century crossways the nation.
