Integrating sustainability into the supply chain is increasingly important in addressing global environmental challenges. More than 70% of multinational companies have begun integrating sustainability principles into their supply chains as part of their long-term strategy, but many companies face difficulties in implementing green practices effectively. The purpose of this study is to determine how green practices are implemented in the supply chain and the factors that influence their success. The method used is a mixed method, with the population being managers and senior executives of companies in the manufacturing and logistics sectors, selected using purposive sampling. Data collection techniques involved surveys and in-depth interviews, and quantitative data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and qualitative data analysis was conducted using thematic analysis. The results show that internal factors such as top management commitment and sustainability practices have a positive effect on supply chain sustainability, while external factors, such as regulation and consumer pressure, also play an important role. However, challenges related to costs and technological limitations remain major barriers. The study concludes that companies need to overcome these barriers to adopt green practices more widely.

摘要
