The diversification and dispersion of English reading teaching resources lead to inefficient resource sharing and security and privacy problems. In response to this challenge, this paper proposes a method of sharing English reading teaching resources based on blockchain technology. Using homomorphic encryption technology to encrypt English reading teaching resources, using blockchain technology to re-encrypt English reading teaching resources and store them in blockchain, and using resource access control mechanism to authenticate the identity of resource sharers, so as to realize English reading teaching resources sharing. The experimental results show that this method significantly improves the security and efficiency of resource sharing, and maintains the integrity of resources, which provides a new solution for English reading teaching resource sharing.
