Given the challenge that the advancement of numerical control systems remains confined to the traditional PC+control card architecture, which is no longer adequate for contemporary demands, we incorporate the concept of the Internet of Things for information fusion to conduct real-time assessments and explorations within embedded numerical control systems. Through the Internet of Things technology, realize the fusion of multi-source and heterogeneous information of embedded CNC system operation. Process scheduling for embedded CNC system. Design CFS scheduler to realize real-time process scheduling. The real-time task scheduling delay test and context switching test prove that the optimized embedded CNC system has high real-time performance.
