Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, and Service Automation (RAISA) skills are in great demand across all industries, including the hospitality industry. This study investigates the influence of RAISA professional competences and RAISA awareness on the perceptions of hospitality students toward employment opportunities. The study collected 152 data through survey from Trainee in Hospitality industry and the data was analyzed using SEM PLS to get the result. The result stated that RAISA awareness does influences the employment opportunity. Perceptions among the students both direct and indirectly. Career Competency also found as the factor to raise the professional opportunities of the students and bridge the RAISA awareness-career opportunities gap. This study also find out that career competency plays important role in to increase career opportunities and mediating the RAISA awareness-career opportunities relationship. Furthermore, this study suggests that RAISA Technology awareness, together with career competency development, can increase the readiness of student to get technology-based careers. The Study highlights the importance of integrating RAISA training and competency development into curricula of the study’s institution to prepare students for future workforce demands.
