This descriptive-analytical and analytical study aimed to clarify the impact of using a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in evaluating the performance of Abasar International foundation -Sudan, where the problem of the study lies in identifying shortcomings in traditional methods of performance evaluation, which have become unsuitable to face changes in the modern business environment. The study tested the basic hypothesis that Abasar International foundation-Sudan is interested in activating all the dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) in evaluating the performance of non-profit institutions. The study proved that there is a strong relationship between continuous development and employee training and its direct impact on evaluating the performance of the Abasar International foundation. The study recommended that the AL-Basr international foundation -Sudan pay attention to the need to apply the Balanced Scorecard in the institution consider it an effective tool for evaluating its performance, and pay attention to non-financial dimensions..
