Interplay of Learning Culture, Innovation Culture, and Project Management Culture in Fostering a Healthy and Adaptive Organization

Recognizing that organizational culture influences both current performance and long-term sustainability, this paper aims to identify which cultural factors foster a healthy and adaptive organization. Through referential analysis, the study deepens the understanding of how learning, innovation, and project management cultures contribute to this environment. The article seeks to answer: Findings reveal that learning, innovation, project management types of organizational culture are closely interconnected sharing common characteristics such as collaboration, trust, flexibility, open mindedness, risk taking and proactiveness. In this article (1) Introduction defines learning, innovation, and project management cultures and outlines the study’s purpose and objectives; (2) Literature Review includes separate subsections for each culture type, examining their impact on organizational performance, key characteristics, and researchers’ recommendations for implementation; (3) Research Results and Discussion summarize the common characteristics of the explored culture types and address challenges and risks in developing organizational culture to foster a healthy and adaptive organization.
