Buying Interest in Coffee Business: The Influence of Product Trends, Consumer Trends and Technology Trends

The research purpose is to determine the impact of product trends, consumer trends, and technology trends on buying interest in the coffee business. Considering the evolution of consumer preferences and rapid technological changes, the coffee industry has turned into a dynamic market segment. This study applies a quantitative approach by using consumer data collected through a survey with 160 respondents who respond to multiple regression analysis techniques. The findings were that it is concluded that the effect of product trends, consumer trends, and technology trends is 52.9% on buying interest. Product trends, consumer trends, and technology trends have a significant effect on transactions. The study emphasizes the need for coffee businesses to adjust their strategies to the changing trends for enhancing consumer satisfaction and increasing sales. These findings also indicate that the importance of trend-based marketing and operational practices is used to maintain competitiveness in the coffee market.
