The article examines management of meetings as an effective tool for optimizing internal business processes and increasing enterprise productivity. The main stages of the process are identified: planning, organization, conducting and monitoring the implementation of adopted decisions. The importance of using structured meeting management methods, in particular SMARTCBP, 3TF5 and ARCV, is substantiated, which ensure clear organization, increase the efficiency of resource use and contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic goals. Special attention is paid to digital technologies that allow automating meeting management, reducing the workload on personnel and increasing the efficiency of the workflow. The capabilities of such tools as Loom, Google Calendar and SAAS services (GGLOT, TL:DV, Speechlogger) that provide automation of planning, transcribing and saving meeting results are investigated. It is proven, that the use of digital solutions allows you to reduce the duration of meetings by 25%, increase productivity by 40% and reduce administrative costs. The importance of follow-up as a key stage that guarantees the implementation of adopted decisions is considered. Various follow-up formats (transcripts, theses, notes leading to actions) and their impact on the speed of task implementation are analyzed. The role of delegation as an effective mechanism for distributing responsibilities that promotes the development of managerial competencies, optimizes workload, and helps managers focus on strategic aspects of management is determined. The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of implementing its results in companies of various sizes to increase the efficiency of management meetings. The proposed approaches contribute to improved communications, time savings, greater staff productivity, and increased competitiveness of enterprises in a dynamic business environment.
