This study analyzes the relationships examined in the literature between information technology (IT) and two supply chain strategies with similar mechanisms of action: the Lean Supply Chain (LSC) and the Agile Supply Chain (ASC). The objective is to identify and understand the role of IT based on its typology (ERP, blockchain, AI, IoT, etc.) and its various dimensions (technological, organizational, strategic) within these strategies, as well as its impact on firms’ operational performance. The methodology follows a systematic literature review, allowing for the identification, selection, and analysis of relevant studies. In addition to existing research, this study analyzes and examines the impact of IT on hybrid Lean-Agile (Leagile) models, which have often been overlooked in the literature. Furthermore, it draws on the Dynamic Capabilities Theory (DCT) and the Resource-Based View (RBV) to explain how firms leverage and reconfigure their IT to maximize competitive advantage. The intersection of these theoretical frameworks provides insights into performance differences among firms based on their ability to adapt and integrate IT into their supply chains. This research highlights the need for a more nuanced approach to IT conceptualization and offers perspectives for future academic and managerial investigations.

摘要
