This chapter briefly addresses three (3) major subjects and their interrelationships: (1) Brain Field Dynamics, as studied by Walter J. Freeman III, Robert Kozma and J.J. Joshua Davis, via the art of encephalography with the aid of brain dynamics movies, (2) Cognitive Phase Transitions, as described by Walter J. Freeman III, and their relationship to the hypothesized Cycle of Creation of Knowledge and Meaning in brain dynamics, and (3) Categories of meanings and their relevance to intentional action, values-based decision making and the quality of human inner life.
