To effectively mitigate quality risks in agricultural products and ensure swift and accurate recalls of problematic products, this paper introduces a blockchain-based agricultural product traceability system. Additionally, to address the issues of large data storage and slow query efficiency within the agricultural product traceability system, this paper proposes a blockchain model that utilizes collaborative On-Chain and Off-Chain storage via Hyperledger Fabric. When the total agricultural product traceability data reached 100,000 entries, the model demonstrated a query efficiency improvement of at least 41.85% compared to traditional models, effectively resolving the issue of low data query efficiency and ensuring the reliability and integrity of the agricultural product supply chain data traceability.
