Climate change means a rise in temperature, change in the pattern of rainfall, and unpredictable extreme weather events, all of which disturb natural habitats. Biodiversity and climate change are interconnected; the change in one can cause major effects in the other. The main objectives of this chapter were (1) to understand how climate change uncertainties affect biodiversity, (2) to evaluate present modeling tools and to make conservation strategies, and (3) to prepare an integrative solution for sustainable ecosystem management. The study was done through different tools of data science, like Google Scholar, PubMed, and Research Gate. Finding highlights, the incorporation of ecological and climate models into planning processes enables societies to foresee risks, assess value trade-offs, and construct responsive adaptive pathways. To fully harness the value of modeling, though, a complete strategy integrating technological advancements, seamless policies, and community involvement is essential. With the continued change of our global climate, our response to it as a whole must be scientific, equitable in nature, and cohesive towards a resilient and biodiverse world. Besides global viewpoints, the chapter explores regional initiatives with particular emphasis on Pakistan and the ways the country attempts to conserve its biodiversity. This chapter is also helpful for researchers, students, and policymakers to understand the climate-biodiversity issue. It provides insightful information to make informed decisions to increase resilience in the face of climate uncertainty.
