The second issue announced at the end of Chap. 4 calls for a much shorter treatment. It concerns the place that, in my epistemic setting, is left for model-theoretic considerations (about the relevant formal theories). In this setting, mathematical formal theories are conceived of as recasting previous bodies of mathematics.
