This research provides a comparative assessment of Artificial Intelligence governance mechanisms adopted in the European Union, United Kingdom, and the United States. The rationale for the study stems from the fact that Artificial Intelligent technologies currently pose significant ethical risks to individuals, businesses, and the wider society. Furthermore, there is a dearth of legal regulatory framework in many countries, and where such frameworks exist, they lag behind advancements in technology due to rapid technological innovation. This research therefore highlights the importance of ensuring risks posed by Artificial Intelligence are identified and that strategies are proffered to mitigate these risks, thereby ensuring global justice in the development and deployment of Artificial Intelligent technologies.
