A cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational study was conducted to test a predictive model of university adaptation—i.e., social, academic, and institutional—among 106 military nursing students aged 18 to 29 years (M = 22.46; SD = 2.72; 64% female). The Virtues and Strengths Inventory and the University Adaptation Scale were utilized. Three multiple linear regression analyses were performed. Citizenship and hope predicted the social dimension; love of learning, citizenship, and hope predicted the institutional dimension; and bravery and citizenship predicted the academic dimension. These results highlight character strengths as a valuable resource for nursing students, serving as predictors of adaptation to university life.
