The objective of this research is to detail, through the analysis of bibliometric indicators, the scientific production on digital communication management in the banking sector within the Scopus database. A descriptive quantitative approach was used, analyzing bibliographic records selected from Scopus. Microsoft Excel 2003 and VOSViewer were employed for data processing, while R was used for bibliometric indicators and keyword mapping, respectively. The results show an increase in the production of articles over the last five years, indicating growing attention in the academic literature. Recurrent keywords were identified, grouped into five clusters, related to the use of electronic media in banking, mobile banking, and customer satisfaction. The study highlights the implications for practice and research in this field, mentioning trends, research gaps, and limitations. The analysis of results encompasses trends, helping researchers stay updated in this area of knowledge.
