Quantum Generic Attacks on Feistel Schemes

In this chapter we present generic quantum attacks on Feistel schemes. This is a field where a large gap exists between security results and generic attacks, and it is interesting to note that, even though we deal with secret key cryptography, quantum attacks on Feistel schemes are better than classical ones. Nevertheless, these attacks require adversarial queries that are in quantum superposition, and we may wonder about the realism of such a scenario.
