Additional Considerations
摘要
In the United Kingdom, the different legal systems of England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland all accept that the occupiers of property have a Common Duty of Care in respect of people who visit those premises—regardless of their intent. This chapter addresses three separate issues. The first section explains how the Common Duty of Care impacts upon the Legal Liability relating to the recommendations made by the individual Designing Out Crime Officer/CPTED Officer/Practitioner. The second examines the subject of Environmental Crime (Graffiti, Fly-Posting, Fly-Tipping, Abandoned Vehicles and Excessive Noise). Whilst the final section discusses those recommendations that may fall under the heading of Good Housekeeping Measures. This chapter addresses three separate issues.
