Design and Access Statements are described in the third section, followed by Supplementary Planning Guidance. Recurrent themes relating to crime and disorder in Planning Appeal Judgements are then examined. Before the chapter concludes by examining the DOCO's role when appearing before planning hearings, public inquiries, inquests, etc.
