Climate changeClimate change, deforestationDeforestation, and Anopheles mosquitoes thrive under inadequate water managementWater management, increasing urbanization, and insufficient water management. These variables promote mosquito growth, increasing malaria risk. These include poverty, poor education, and scarce resources. Patients have limited healthcare options due to infrastructure, diagnostic, and treatment limitations. Cyclones and floods are catalysts. Stagnant water bodies and community dislocation exacerbate the malaria outbreak, straining healthcare infrastructure. Displaced populations, rural settlements, and demographic groups live in many socio-politically volatile, high-risk places with fragile governance systems. The interaction between harmful environmental exposure and limited resources increases malaria risk in these people. Integrated techniques are vital because they can solve environmental and social issues. The chapter demonstrates the need for integrated techniques in addressing environmental and socioeconomic issues. Effective techniques require long-term ecological management, improved disaster preparedness, and fair healthcare. To reduce malaria risks, improve health, and strengthen vulnerable groups, we need government, non-government, and community participation.
