The article presents the results of studies of the elemental composition of Scots pine needles using the method of atomic emission spectrometry with inductively coupled plasma. The features of accumulation of Al, Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb, Sr and Zn were revealed depending on the degree of anthropogenic load in comparison with the background territory. It was found that with an increase in the content of pollutants in needles, mainly related to technogenesis, a decrease in the content of biophilic elements is observed. The prospects of using multiple regression as an evaluation criterion of the ecological state of urban phytocenosis are considered.
