TED Clinical Assessment
摘要
Accurate clinical assessment is essential in making the diagnosis of TED, monitoring for disease progression, and planning and evaluating treatment. Careful history taking can establish where patients are in their disease course, find out how it is affecting them, and provide the information needed to safely select appropriate treatments for individual patients. Clinical examination should include assessment of visual function, ocular motility, exophthalmometry, eyelids, ocular surface, eye pressure and fundus. Technologies such as digital imaging and OCT may help in making assessments more objective.
