The work is devoted to the study of legal aspects of the introduction of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies into the educational process. Some specific features o Legal Aspects of Using AI in Educationf legal regulation of relations between participants in the educational process when using AI technologies are considered, problems of law enforcement practice are highlighted and ways to solve them are proposed. International standards and legislation of the Russian Federation regarding the use of AI in educational institutions are analyzed. Artificial intelligence is becoming an integral part of modern society, penetrating almost all spheres of life, including education. The use of intelligent systems allows us to optimize learning processes, improve the quality of education, and create personalized educational trajectories. However, the introduction of AI is also accompanied by a number of legal issues related to the protection of personal data, copyright, liability for damages, ethical standards, and confidentiality. The purpose of this contribution is to identify legal risks and propose mechanisms to protect the legitimate interests of participants in the educational process when introducing AI technologies in Russian schools and universities.
