The work explores theoretical and methodological foundations of sustainable competitive development for enterprises in high-tech industries, as well as mechanisms for its implementation. The relevance of the study stems from the insufficient research on integrating sustainable development and competitive strategies, taking into account external factors and modern business conditions. The aim of the study is to present a conceptual model of competitively sustainable development for enterprises in high-tech industries. The author applies methods of systemic and comparative analysis, conceptual modeling, and a structural-logical approach. The theoretical foundation is based on studies in strategic management, enterprise competitiveness, and sustainable development. The study systematizes factors influencing the sustainable development of high-tech enterprises. Key conditions necessary for ensuring sustainable competitive development are identified. The author provides an original interpretation of sustainable competitive development as a process of long-term enterprise growth based on technological leadership in the industry, innovative activity, and adaptation to external changes. A conceptual model is presented, integrating economic, technological, environmental, social, and institutional factors into the enterprise’s strategic management system. The practical significance of the research lies in the fact that the proposed model can be used by high-tech enterprises to develop adaptive strategies, enhance innovation potential, and minimize risks in the face of external business uncertainties.
