Investments in higher education are therefore a strategic priority aimed at creating the intellectual capital needed to address global challenges and build a sustainable future. The educational process has always been sensitive to economic and technical trans-formations. Today, in the era of the fourth technological revolution, the widespread introduction of digital technologies and AI into all spheres is taking place. Higher education could not stay away from these processes. All levels of education are undergoing a digital transformation. And here the question is not so much about the «survival» of educational organizations in the market, but about the level of competencies trained by specialists for all fields of professional activity in the digital world. Undoubtedly, problematic aspects arise in this regard. The relevance of this study lies in the fact that the problems of education affect almost all members of society in one way or another.
