The authors have identified some tips and tricks issued of more than 20 years of practice in robotic pediatric surgery. They identified technical and human factors which are essential for good practice in robotic activities for children. They established recommendations in order upgrading care security and surgical efficiency. Implementing a robotic program requires a multidisciplinary approach. Team learning and training pathways should be organized in collaboration with anesthesiologists and scrub nurses. Communication is essential between the robotic surgeons. The following advices could be useful for procedures with the Da Vinci Robotic platform.
