Minimally invasive nephrectomy (laparoscopic and robot-assisted) is performed routinely in adult patients affected by renal tumors or benign conditions. In pediatric population, minimally invasive techniques are gaining their space, although open surgery remains the most performed technique especially in Wilms tumor. In this chapter, we describe the robot-assisted radical nephrectomy technique, as we perform it, in infants and children.
