This study focused on a new fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) product in the market and explored the formulation of a data-driven market launch strategy. Through data preparation and processing, basic statistical features and comprehensive indicator features were designed to construct a store scoring model. The model consists of two parts: store operation capability evaluation and new product market feedback evaluation. The former selected 12 highly relevant indicators based on expert experience, while the latter constructed a comprehensive indicator system and considered evaluation methods for non-participating stores. By combining the two, a scoring system is established, significantly improving the accuracy of customer selection. Based on this, a launch plan recommendation is implemented, including pilot target client selection and product allocation calculation. This model has achieved remarkable results in the initial launch of new products, aligning well with business logic, providing convenience for business personnel, and offering room for iterative optimization.

摘要
