Evaluation Framework for Real Estate Financial Risks Based on the SOCR Model
摘要
Since the real estate market is closely intertwined with the financial market, risks originating in the real estate sector can easily spread to the broader financial system. This can undermine financial stability, trigger financial crises and economic recessions, and ultimately threaten social harmony and stability. Therefore, from a supply chain management perspective, it is crucial to identify the key factors influencing real estate-related risks, develop a financial risk assessment framework for the real estate supply chain, and implement effective risk prevention and control strategies to avoid systemic risk outbreaks. This paper adopts the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) model to analyze and identify potential risks across the real estate industry chain, providing theoretical support for the effective management and mitigation of financial risks in the real estate sector.
