摘要

Corporate Social Responsibility and digitalisation have transformed the macro, meso and micro business environment. CSR is concerned with the voluntary integration of social and environmental matters into organisations’ core activities hence driving organisations to act responsibly towards the key stakeholders, i.e. their employees, their customers, their suppliers, their shareholders, the environment and the local community, and towards society as a whole. Recently Corporate Digital Responsibility (CDR) has emerged on the intersection of CSR and digital innovation. Digital technologies are used in companies to enhance organisation performance and productivity. The aim of this study is to explore in the context of CSR and CDR, is digitalisation an opportunity or an obstacle? A qualitative research method is undertaken using IRAMUTEQ software, to investigate employees’ perspectives through social and mental representation on digitalization in CSR.
