This research examines how diversity management practices affect employee satisfaction at workplaces that embrace multicultural employees. This study investigates multiple workplace characteristics alongside efficient diversity management approaches to find ways which boost staff engagement along with workplace satisfaction and organizational success. A methodological qualitative design analyzed relevant research documents between 2019 and 2024 through thematic approaches. The study analyzes how leadership functions interlock with diversity management and inclusion practices to develop job satisfaction techniques for multicultural work settings. Diversity management practices which are executed effectively stimulate creativity together with innovation along with teamwork which results in increased job satisfaction. When diversity management fails to achieve its goals organizations experience employee conflicts and communication problems and their workforce shows declining morale. The research demonstrates how important leadership functions in maintaining inclusivity through both structured plans and corporate policies. Organizations benefit from implementing inclusive practices alongside diversity management approaches which enables them to connect different cultural groups and create successful teamwork dynamics in the workplace. Leadership practices based on intersectionality emerged as the main determinant of workplace unity and effective workplace performance. Multiple constraints exist in relation to the findings obtained by this investigation. The chronological scope from 2019 to 2024 in this investigation does not include past foundational research which could reduce the ability to understand historical background. The qualitative research approach constricts the ability to generalize findings and future empirical studies must confirm the obtained conclusions. This investigation strengthens diversity management job satisfaction research by uniting diverse perspectives between literature and leadership strategies and delivers operational recommendations for scientific research development and organizational policy adaptation.
