Predictive Model for Customer Loyalty in Organized Retail Stores

In retail business, after China, India is the next leading retailer. Most of the business in today’s world are carried in the form of retail [1]. As there are more competitors, the success of the retail business depends on customer loyalty. Customer loyalty is one’s positive attitude towards a particular store, which induces them to purchase the products only in that specified store. Hence the researcher focuses on measuring the level of customer loyalty along with their demographic factors and analyzes to predict the factors highly influencing the customers on loyalty. A purposive sampling technique has applied and primary data was collected from 400 respondents through a questionnaire. A simple percentage, descriptive analysis, and factor analysis have been applied. Praiseworthy, Store loyalty and store preference are the factors that influence the consumer’s loyalty. Most of the respondents have a loyal towards the store on “I often suggest particular store to somebody who needs my suggestion”.
