To be able to compete with increasingly competitive conditions, every company needs to strive for innovation, both in the form of work processes and producing better output. Innovation performance refers to the ability of a company to be able to produce innovations or new ideas aimed at improving the overall performance of a company. Based on previous research, innovation performance is an important thing that every company needs to measure. To produce good innovation performance, companies need to measure quality through Total Quality Management (TQM) continuously. Apart from that, the role of knowledge sharing is also important within the company, including in producing innovation performance. Knowledge sharing is an activity of sharing knowledge and information between employees, which can be carried out regularly, both formally and informally. There is a main focus on knowledge sharing from each individual is able to explain, code, and communicate knowledge to other people, groups, and especially to company. In producing innovation, organizational culture also has an important role, because in general, organizational culture has an influence on the formation of innovation performance. While, TQM is integrated with quality disciplines into company culture and actions through strategy, data and effective communication. The aim of this study is seeing the influence of TQM, knowledge sharing and organizational culture on the innovation performance of employees in the company. This research will be carried out at KCU (Kantor Cabang Utama or Main Branch Office) PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) Bandung. Therefore, this research will use quantitative methods with descriptive causality research, using a certain number of samples from all divisions in the company. Then, the data analysis technique used uses the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM).
